including 27 years as the owner/operator of Alpine CARSTAR
Auto Body. He is a member of the ASA, he is I-CAR trained and
certified, and is a 24-year member of the Better Business Bureau and was awarded a Gold Star by the BBB.

Customer Service Representative
It is the duty of the Customer Service Representative
to assist our customers during the entire collision
repair experience.
Finance Administrator
The Finance Administrator is responsible for accurate and
timely completion of all financial paperwork during the
collision repair.
Estimators/Appraisers
Our Estimators/Appraisers provide concise, accurate
estimates for our customers and will be in constant
contact with the insurance company and our joint
customer throughout the entire repair.
Parts Manager
It is the responsibility of our Parts Manger to
accurately order the correct part(s) in order to
expedite the completion of the collision repairs.
Production Manager
Our Production Manager keeps the workflow moving
so that we can return the vehicle to our customer at
the earliest possible time.
General Manager/Operations Manager
Responsible for all aspects of the operation of the
facility and to ensure that each customer receives
world-class customer service!
